Privacy policy

CS2 Settings Hub (cs2settingshub.com) is an independent, non-commercial Counter-Strike 2 resource. Contact: cs2settingshub@protonmail.com.

No accounts, no sign-up and no forms that store personal data on our servers. Tools such as the generator, converter and aim trainer run in your browser; what you type is not uploaded.

Server logs: like any web server, ours may record standard request data (IP address, time, requested page, browser) to keep the site running and secure. These logs are not used for analytics or profiling.

If you click Accept, we load Google Analytics 4 to count visits, pages, traffic sources, device types, approximate country, and actions such as copying a crosshair code or downloading a config. Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_*. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off.

If you click Reject or ignore the banner, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page; withdrawing consent stops collection and removes the analytics cookies.

Google Ireland Limited processes this data on our behalf. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics property.

Favorites, saved generator crosshairs, checklist progress, best scores and your cookie choice are stored in your own browser (localStorage). They never leave your device, and you can clear them in your browser settings at any time.

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Email us and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Romania that is ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

Pages link to other sites such as Valve, team or player pages. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave this site.
